Have just tried the petit filous natural fromage frais, 3.9 carb/ two pots, they are the same as the yummy petit Suisse that I always have in France... Ok this time I have to mix in splenda not sugar but yumm
Also found that Nairns oat biscuits are 6.9g carb in one so ideal for a snack ( providing I only eat one!!!) and have found a wait rose bread which has 16 or so carbs per two slices so can eat a sandwich at lunchtime as a change to salad !
