Have just tried the petit filous natural fromage frais, 3.9 carb/ two pots, they are the same as the yummy petit Suisse that I always have in France... Ok this time I have to mix in splenda not sugar but yumm

Also found that Nairns oat biscuits are 6.9g carb in one so ideal for a snack ( providing I only eat one!!!) and have found a wait rose bread which has 16 or so carbs per two slices so can eat a sandwich at lunchtime as a change to salad !
 
Excellent! All these little discoveries can really make a difference! 🙂
 
Less happy now when I found the biscuits have several to a pack so I have to resist them and just eat one, it was rather scrum my though!,!,

You can do it! 😛

I find the ginger ones are potent enough that I can usually resist (If it had been a proper pack of Ginger Nuts it would be a different end result) but the Chocolate chip Nairns are fairly hard to resist.
