yeah he has when i picked them up on monday they were all very nicey nice, and they was no problems, yeah she said 2 times a day is fine which it what i was doing morning after brekkie and 2 hours after evening meal x
 
thats good Steff, i know some people have to fight to get any so good that yours aren't messing you about on that front.

my accuchek nano arrived this morning. I have heard good things aboutt he mulitclick finger pricker and it came with one so I'm pleased, just got to work out how to use it now
 
good luck im terrible with instructions for these meters lol i got one opened it up and it took me about 10 minutes to suss where i put the test strip lol

Yes nikki only now i am feeling aload better i was messed around loads at the begginning
 
Just got mine today. 🙂 Went into Boots in town yesterday and they didn't have any so they ordered some in. Went in and it said ?12 on the box and I said I didn't want it as I'd heard it was on offer for ?7.63. The assistant scanned it proper and it said ?7.63. I took it and so now I have two kits. 😎

Means I can have one in my bag for work and not worry about forgetting to put it in my bag in the morning. When I get my insulin pens next week I can put one in the bag as well. This then means I'll have two separate kits which will end my fears of forgetting to take stuff with me to work or leaving it there overnight. 🙂
 
i cant find my accu chek meter anywhere so im now out of test strips oops :(

oh nooo you need to get to the doctors twin and get a script NOW!!!!!
 
a little while back I filled out an online form on diabetes.co.uk (shh don't tell) about winning a bayer bayer contour meter, they sent me one quite quickly, I've just filled in another one for the breeze 2 meter that holds 10 strips at a time. Might not get one, not prone to entering competitions, but might save me sevenhundredandsixtythree pennies!

i took my script up there but it takes a day to get signed and im going out drinking tomorrow night :( I might by the half price meter tomorrow lol. i bought one last month too oops! this is getting expensive.

Hope you have booked your HbA1c missy!!

Yeah yeah but my doctor is rubbish and only has a part time nurse who knows nothing about Diabetes ... at all lol .
