Found these the other day in marks n Spencer’s. I’ve chucked the box and the packet only gives info for 100g but they are 6.9g carbs each from memory. They are quite big and filling and are totally yummy. There are other flavours but they have a few more carbs but not much. Felt mean to keep them to myself so just had to share… off to fill a trolley xx

Morrisons sell similar bars with about the same amount of carbs.
There are two flavours but the salted chocolate ones are the lower carb ... and less salty than the M&S ones.

Thanks for that. You know what, I never go to Morrison’s but I’ve read every label in Sainsbury’s so may pay them a visit. Will look out for those x

Brilliant thank you very much! They look very similar. I have mine for breakfast usually x

Aldi do a similar "Gluten Free Nut Bar". The Sea Salt and dark chocolate is just 5.9g carbs per bar and very tasty and filling and probably a lot cheaper than M&S. I would be quite surprised if they aren't all made in the same factory along with the Morrison's ones.

They do sound nice, was looking for something to go in the packed lunches I take to work , will give some a try.

Got some from m&s yesterday, had one in my lunch box , I thought it was very nice, will definitely get some more, thank you for showing these Emma L , I would never had known they existed.

Yey I’m so happy for you ! I just had one for brekki 🙂

Whilst shopping today I found these… get really bored of plain Greek yogurt and flavoured ones are usually not so great for me. These I found in Sainsbury’s and all flavours are between 3.5/5 g carbs per pot and they are a good size. Little on the pricey side tho. No idea what kvarg is but tastes just like a thick yogurt to me

It's one of my choices as well.
Fat free.
I avoid the ones with artificial sweeteners though.

I also have those from ASDA, ALDI do something similar in different flavours. I find them very filling and only usually have half at a time. I think it is Quark which is actually cheese.

I always stock up on these when they are on special offer in Sainsburys.
Aldi do a similar thing in chocolate or vanilla flavours, they are more runny than the kvarg ones more like a mousse and both totally delicious.
