Had such a bad day

Have your employers accepted you were not at fault? Do you want to stay in the same type of work? It is usually easier to find a new job while still employed.
Think carefully about the type of work you want to do. Work out if there are things you can do to improve how you deal with stressful situations. This forum maybe a way of you destressing but over the last few weeks you have seemed more fearful than a woman in her thirties should be eg hairdresser, dentist etc. In each case things have turned out much better than you thought and perhaps you have a resilience you under appreciate.
Don't stay somewhere that makes you unhappy but try to think carefully the type of work and environment where you would thrive.

I agree with @saffron15 above. Think about what job would suit you and your strengths and weaknesses. Maybe a job that others consider boring, would be just what you want, eg something with minimal changes, small amounts of interaction, etc? Have a think x

Thank you I didn't get a disciplinary x
I have decided over night to leave x

Great news that your employer felt there was no need for further action and that no disciplinary procedure was necessary.

You have shared here before how much you love your job, and how worried you were about the possibility of being made redundant. This has obviously been a very stressful week for you, and you have been dealing with very heightened emotions and anxiety. These aren’t the best conditions to make a balanced decision.

Are you receiving help for your anxiety? Please do speak to your GP to see if there is any support, counselling, therapy, or referrals that can be made to help you.

Don’t rush into any decisions about your long-term future. Chat things through with a trusted friend. Allow your emotions to settle before deciding what’s best for you.

I'd urge you to take a while longer over your decision.

All jobs have bad days, and I feel certain you would never repeat yesterday's unfortunate error. That sort of experience usually a one-off when someone cares as much as you seem to.

Try to wait a little longer before giving up something you've put yourself through a lot to achieve.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not staying stay at all costs, but in the immediacy decisions can be made in haste.

Try to rest over the weekend to recover from the last couple of days.

Take time over your decision as others have said, it is easier to get another job when you already have one and if you just leave one then a potential employer will ask why you left.
I assume you need a job to earn money to support yourself and just leaving will mean you have no income as you may not qualify for any benefits if you left a job voluntarily.

I am so sorry to be a nuisance to everyone and that what people think are little things are so big to me but I have struggled with mental health for ages and was doing well prior to this believe it or not

You’re most definitely not a nuisance @corriefan xx Don’t ever think that. You have lots of friends and support here 🙂

Try to fill your days off with some good thoughts and things to do. If you were a nuisance ( which you are not) your posts wouldn't get answers or views. Some of those views will be people who have similar dilemmas but for whatever reason don't feel able to ask, they will be pleased you asked first. Try and relax and eat something you enjoy whether on your own or with friends or family. Remember you are important and your health and well being matters. You spend your week looking after and caring deeply for other people's children make sure you have a weekend caring for yourself.

I think I have accepted I need to leave I have messed up big time could get I. Trouble or be dismissed or disciplinary.thanl you for listening

If you want to leave, maybe start looking for other jobs now and delay handing in your notice until you’ve found one? As said above, it’s easier to find a job when you’ve already got one. If you’re unsure about what you want to do, why not look for a seasonal Summer job? That would be short-term and would give you space to think and plan.
