Had such a bad day

I think I have accepted I need to leave I have messed up big time could get I. Trouble or be dismissed or disciplinary.thanl you for listening
Well you haven't even been disciplined this time. It may be that you decide that this job is too stressful for you, although it sounds as if at the moment you're finding lots of things (not just work) stressful, so I wouldn't rush into any decisions.

It may be that taking some time off sick from work would make sense, although some people can find that more stressful than being at work, if they're just sat at home worrying.

I agree with what other people have said about asking your GP for an urgent referral for psychological support. Also, does your work have an Occupational Health department and/or an arrangement for employees to be able to access private counselling for free? Some employers do have such schemes.

Finally, do please carry on using this forum for support! That's what it's here for and many of us have benefitted enormously from it when we've been struggling.

Having such a bad today again:( don't know why I bother really my supposed to be bf not been dippo

Honestly don't know how I can carry on after this nightmare week

You need to put it out of your mind @corriefan It’s happened, it’s gone. You didn’t have a disciplinary (very good thing) so you should be thinking of that as a Win. If we all went through life never making a mistake, we’d never have opportunities to learn and expand our experience and understanding.
