I am down to 6.4 now..... 🙂 really pleased. In March it was 8.2. so the diet only has worked for me so far.
I am looking forward to my impending holiday and will try to be good😉
AND I managed to get a monitor given to me (with much reluctance on their part) so I stood my ground. Shame they only gave me 25 strips to last me eight months. Ohh well..... thats better than nothing I suppose🙄
Well proud of myself:D

Excellent news Janine! Although, very stingy on the strips, I'm sure they could have given you a few more! 🙄

Now you can look forward to your holiday 🙂

Good to be below the 'magic' 6.5. Well done.

A pity about the strips but 25 is better than nothing and you can keep a general eye on your progress at least. You can even save them for a bit and then do some intensive testing (e.g. a before, 1hr after and 2hr after) for some new foods.

Enjoy your holiday!

Andy 🙂
