Do you test BGL?

Do you test your blood sugar? That's what @Spireite72 was asking ( blood glucose level = BGL)
Are you on any medication for your diabetes? x

Don't take nothing at the moment, as I'm just under the level, doctors did HB1A test if it's called that and my blood came in at 45, doctor told me has to be 47 to be diabetes but I'm thinking it might be dropping

Head ache for 5 days now, also wake up with them as well, anybody else have this problem?

There are lots of things that can cause headaches, (stress, dehydration, migraine etc etc) so it may be unrelated to your slightly high HbA1c. Worth discussing with your GP so that they can try to get to the bottom of it, consistent headaches are debilitating and I’m sure you want them sorted and the reason found.

I’m not sure I’ve seen many members who have regular headaches that they link to their diabetes/diabetes management except for ‘hypo hangover’, but you aren’t on medication so won’t be having hypos.

Are you stressed about anything at the moment? It could be something else but waking with headache can be a sign

Only the with fact that it took me to go to hospital to start all this process, so in a space of a week i get told I've pre diabetes plus test on my heart and also tests to see if I have gallstones.

You really need to speak to your doctor about this. Waking with a headache is hardly ever normal, or due to stress. Bruxism (grinding of the teeth) can do it, as can sleep apnoea or heavy snoring. Pre diabetes doesn’t cause headaches. Neither does diabetes, come to think, except, as Mike says, as a hypo hangover feature.
