Well done are you on Medication

Woohoo! Many congratulations! Hope your GP/Nurse are suitably pleased (they should be ecstatic!) with your progress. You should certainly be very proud of yourself.

That's good.
My libre says my Hba1c is 49mmol but my hosp says higher.
Is 49mmol good or not?

Wow @rosalindb - well done you! That’s brilliant!!

48mmol/mol gives you the diagnosis of diabetes so at 49mmol/mol just in the range. So not much more to do to be in prediabetic 42-47mmol/mol or below 42mmol/mol normal range. So whether good or not depends on where you are at in terms of things.

Great result @rosalindb - you should feel very proud of how far you have come in only 3 monhs! Well done.
