Guess the HbA1c

Had another blood test a few days ago and got the results in today.

My potassium levels have returned to normal and so it was a blip.

Not sure why it happened but I'm going to lay most of the blame on being dehydrated.

Re: the potassium, if that and/or sodium goes funny again, take a look at your blood pressure meds if you're taking them... I had to come off bendroflumethiazide because it was messing with my electrolytes.
 
Fortunately, I'm pill-less at the moment and trying hard to keep it that way for as long as possible!
