well done northe ...6.8 !! im quite pleased as i have in the last 3 months been battling an abscess up high in the jaw and had loads of anti bios ...had the tooth out 3 weeks ago and but still having problems 😡 so to get a reduction in HbA1c is all good to me

oh yes all getting much better..... now I have my new job i had the time to deal with all the appointments i needed ....aswell stress levels are dropping 😉
