Does anyone plot their blood sugars on. A graph and is there an app to do it ?

I use the MySugr app as @grovesy suggests. Ongoing graphs that you can scroll back through recent days, and you can produce fancy reports if you want to 🙂

I have the full version (have been using it since before it was a subscription thing!) but the free version is very good too.
