Hi.

Found this fruit spread - varying flavours on amazon. Cost about £4 inc delivery I think. Says no fat or carbs etc...
Hope it's not too good to be true!
Tastes amazing.

If you go to Walden Farms own website you can read all the details - nutrition absolutely zilch, just flavoured water thickened with cellulose gel (think grass?)and xanthan gum(from vegetables - must be good!!). Presumably any nutrients from the latter <0.5% so rounds to 0%.
Expensive way of eating flavoured. thickened water.
 
Yep. Plus to call it a 'spread' is quite the opposite of what it does!! Oh well, you live & learn!
 
the strawberry and raspberry ones anyway - and paper waste in any one listing vanilla - yummy
