Bs was 4.8 before breakfast and 5.5 when I tested 2 1/2 hours later was going to test as 2 hours but got carried away cleaning

Unfortunately together with the milk the total carbs would still be too high for me.

I use 45g of this Eat Natural Low Sugar Granola now most mornings for breakfast with creamy Greek natural yoghurt, a few raspberries and a tablespoon of mixed seeds and use it as my main source of carbs for the day and eat very low carb for dinner with often just some nuts or a chunk of cheese for lunch.
It is only half the carbs of most other granolas and it is tasty, so I find it a good breakfast choice too. Having it with creamy yoghurt berries and seeds gives it more substance which I like.

Ohh I like the sound of trying it with yogurt. I will try and test it again tomorrow thought it was best to test at the weekend when I’m less active than I would be in the week starting work at 6.30am.

I’ve got a new low carb cook book I’m so excited to try out. Tomorrow I’m making picnic rolls for lunch and chocolate orange pots for afters
