It's been a bit of a challenge the past few months healthwise, having been diagnosed with diabetes this summer. The goal was, and still is, to bring it back under control sans medication as it was caught so early. Today was my second review. Since early July I've lost almost two stone in weight (only another five stone one pound to go ) and brought my Hba1c reading down from 48 to 46. I'm cautiously optimistic.

That’s brilliant, we’ll done

Great work! Keep it up x
