I woke up feeling a tad lower than usual, however I realised that due to me missing a an anti dose yesterday, that was the reason. Shows me that it's still building up in my body. Got the OK from my Doctor to increase my medication
I admit in the past I was a maverick and would lower and increase my dose when my mood improved or dipped. Luckily, I decided to listen to some good advice and discussed with my doctor first. The same way I tend not to mess with my other medications (this summer a wee mistake with my metformin not included).
My mood is as per usual this past few weeks tends to be better nearer the evening. That is how the antis tend to work..so onwards and upwards.
