I saw the doctor today and my worrying liver results have all gone back to normal. Yay!

I've lost ten pounds I didn't even know I needed to lose since I was diagnosed back in the summer and my Hba1C is now 38.

I am very relieved.

I need to stay on a low GI diet but I'm going to allow myself the odd glass of wine now and again and not stress out about minor blips in a good diet when I'm out and about.

I am so grateful for all the support I get in here. Thank you.

YOU did it mate not us - the forum can tell you whatever till it's blue in the face - but if the person it's taking to isn't prepared to try it, then we may as well save our breath! LOL

Well done!
