I've just had my last session with the dietitian at the hospital, she was so impressed she's written it down so she can go and tell the head nurse in their unit!!

@Forgetful55 - I think you probably just have to keep going with it, I think the closer you are to normal BMI and a normal HbA1c the slower it all goes, but it's working so keep it up! Good luck.

I do. I didn't realise how bad I was feeling before until I stopped feeling that way, if that makes sense!
