Amazing! so happy for you

Well, as we know, unfortunately you are never free from Diabetes, once diagnosed, even if you go into remission, it can always come back. So, although this is good news, I have to continue to monitor my BG levels and also maintain the weight loss and change my lifestyle, (via eating and exercise) from now on going forward.
But I now know that I can do it and I now have the experience and knowledge and tools to help me in the future.
As a wise person once said,....... "Never ignore your diabetes, because your diabetes won't be ignoring you".

Sobering, but true in most cases. (There are always exceptions to rules/norms)

Very glad it has worked out for you. Sometimes wish it would do the same for me. I cut out loads of carbs when I was pre-diabetic and it did drop a bit but has gone back up again to 42. I don't carry weight and cannot really lose too much more. GP has told me it is not weight related anyway and most likely age related insulin resistance I am trying again to get it down to a normal reading.
