Just went out for my walk. I was quite suprised how much the virus took out of me; I could barely make one revolution of the park, I had to turn back, felt so weak, plus I got a low mood feeling. I tend to fight those off big time. My therapist advised me that the best thing to do is to rest. Years go I would accept the low moods and just get on with it. However, since 2005 when I had a very bad episode of depression ( was put on suicide watch) it has made me more aware. Although I have progressed a lot since I started therapy, more healing at a deeper level is required methinks....until the next rant
