I said in another thread that my pharmacist had told me they couldn't get any MultiClix lancets as they were out of stock at the wholesalers.

I have just phoned A-C who said they are out of stock in some parts of the country so they would First Class post a box to me today. (No cost)

This is excellent service - well done A-C. 🙂
 
Good to hear 🙂 I am actually still on my first box of Multiclix after 6 years, so don't think I will run out soon! 😱 🙂
 
Accucheck are amazing. When my aviva expert didn't work properly, even with the control solution, they sent me a new one free of charge and it got to me the very next day.
 
I recently got a new Mobile from them because the Mobile model I have is no longer available. The new model has a few more functions than my current one, like setting up reminders which could be quiet useful.
 
Oh that's good to hear, I've always found them really friendly had helpful too.
 
You do get the occasional hiccup with them - I once called to complain about a Nano that kept asking for a new battery. The guy had me running through all sorts of tests when it was clear it was faulty. Eventually, he grudgingly agreed to send me a replacement. Also, early on, I rang and asked if I could have a spare meter and they refused! Then I got one in the post! 🙄
 
I have always had great help from them. I've had a few of their items go wrong and they have always replaced the item, usually the next day.
 
This morning my MultiClix arrived in the post as A-C promised. :D
