I am going out for an indian tonight with friends and would like to know any suggestions what I can have off the menu bearing in mind my diabetes and the fact that I am losing weight.
In the old days, pre-diabetes, I would normally have:-
Starter : onion bhajis or samosas
Main : Rogan josh with pilau rice + a naan bread washed down with plenty of wine.
Bearing in mind carbs and all that, would it be best to have one or the other? ie rice OR naan (or maybe chappati etc).
