well i saw the dsn this morning and i have to go back onto insulin. She has to talk to consultant first so i should hear from her within two weeks She did ask me the do you feel like you would overdose on it i said no but its on my mind i think i need to have a chat with my rock of a gp. She said i would be on Insumsn in a solostar pen, i dont know wot to do i dont trust me 100% not going on past history Sorry

Hi Gail, sorry to hear this. Can you work out a strategy so that someone else looks after your pens for you?

Hi Gail,

If you are not sure at any point down the line with either storing your insulin and having access to it, or administering it, or both your team could organise for someone to help with this - it isn't too difficult to sort.

Let me know if u need anymore info 🙂

Hi Gail. I don't have any useful advice I'm afraid, but I hope your lovely gp & support team can think up a way to support you so you can benefit safely from insulin if that's what your body needs now. Thinking of you. Xxx

Alan's idea sounds sensible to me. Is there someone who's in and out at yours who would be willing to keep the supplies for you? At least until you learn to trust yourself.

Can't add to others suggestions, just wanted to say I hope it works out well for you.
