Interesting, Its no surprise because we are all so different. I would be somewhat skeptical of an algorithm based on a small study as somewhat inaccurate but might help some in the right direction I guess.

After playing with my BG levels and limited experimenting with food I am beginning to think maybe everyone should check there BG from time to time as a way of understanding how their bodies work.
 
I have found what I could eat,and did not affect my levels has changed over the 16 years I have had Diabetes.
 
Gut bacteria how it works in the body and how best to feed it seems to be an up and coming craze at the moment, guess they will sorting "the perfect diet to control your weight and blood sugar levels for $15.50 per month" 😉

The problem is they can change dramatically after a course of antibiotics and some other drugs. It then takes weeks to correct but is it the same as before.
