Hello all
Newbie here in need of advice for good food choices/recipe ideas that are both gluten free and dairy free.
Thank you

What kind of things do you normally eat or do you like/not like? That might help give you ideas, but a lot of the good stuff is naturally gluten and dairy free - meat, fish, eggs, fruit, veg, beans & pulses etc.

Bfree wraps are suitable for vegans so dairy and gluten free and bonus is low carb . I fill mine with everything and anything veg, salad. Gorgeous

People often find low carb eating is compatible with gluten free as wheat products are high carb. Diet doctor has some keto dairy free recipes which look tasty. I was quite surprised how many foods contain gluten when a friend was first diagnosed and had to test her tolerance to foods, quite similar things were very different in how much gluten they had. This was a long time ago now so much more information about gluten content of foods now.
I assume you do mean dairy free rather than lactose free as there are lactose free dairy products which would be low carb.

Hello, I have struggled with this for years and made worse by IBS. So you are not alone. Been type 2 for 10 years, haven't had blood test since Covid. Never seen a dietician
