I have recently been diagnosed with type 2. Today I self tested my blood Glucose with SD code free device. It was pre food and it was 10.1 mmol. Not sure if this is good or bad??

Welcome.
Before meals should be 4-7 mmols
2 hours after meals less than 8-5 mmols.

Initially it might be an idea to test on waking and then before and 2 hrs after meals until you get an idea of what foods suit you and keep your levels stable. Testing can be eased off once you're more confident about the type and foods you can tolerate. Keep records for yourself to plot progress. Good luck!

Thank you ! It's all new to me and quite overwhelming but I am focused and determined to lose weight and a drop in my 3 months test.

Good for you Loubylou. I did it and it's always a work in progress but worth it. I started on waking 8.6's which now average 6.7's so keep up the good work! 🙂
