Hi there

I have just been given the glucomen day cgm and I have noticed that when it looses connectivity then connects again I have gaps in my graph where the data is not back dating
Anyone know why this is happening

I don't know if anyone who has mentioned using this, but I suspect when when it losses connectivity, it loses the data. I use a Libre and if it is not scanned every 8 hours it gets gaps in the graph.

Hi grovesy
It’s different to the libre the glucomen day is meant to be continuous readings to your phone and you don’t need to scan but should be no gaps in data

I would have thought if it loses its connection then it is likely you lose data.

Maybe it depends how much data the sensor can hold. Libre can hold 8 hours worth so if you scan less often than that you get gaps. Dexcom seems to be able to hold 3 hours worth, a couple of times we've had issues with daughter's phone data while at school and got gaps in the graph if it was offline for longer than that.
