Morning evone.

I'm looking for a book or website that has lists of the GI values of (natural, not brand name) foods. Already using the Sydney uni website. Most books have the word 'diet' in the title, which isn't what I'm looking for. Any ideas? 🙂🙂

Would the Colins gem pocket books be of any use to you?

Do the 'diet' books not contain the GI values? How else can you follow the plan (or not)?

Thanks Sue and LeeLee. I'd forgotten about Collins Gems. I don't want to diet, I just want to check that my meals are medium GI.🙂
