One of the symptoms that I have is needing to get up to go to the lavatory during night and doing this at least once and often twice. Suddenly for about two weeks I have been going through the night without needing to get up to pass water. Have not changed my habits fluid wise so pleased but puzzled. I read somewhere that frequent urination is your body's attempt to get rid of the overload of sugar. Is it getting better because my BG is lower now or just a coincidence? Any ideas?

Yes, it's almost certainly because your numbers are coming down. A clear sign that things are improving for you. Congratulations.

But - is your BG actually coming down? LOL

You're lucky - even with normal levels I still can't go through the night! 🙂
