From scratching my head.
So, I was a lovely 4.8 before my tea tonight. I did a nice stir fry for me and the kids. Chicken, noodles lots of fresh crispy veg and a home made sweet chilli and ginger sauce. It's a family favourite that I do quite regurlarly and usually causes an aceptable 1 to 2 point rise in my BS. I had a generous (for me) portion and 2 hours later was 4.0 (?) Wasn't hungry and didn't feel low but I thought I'd better keep an eye on that so tested again at 3 hours and was 4.2. Just tested again to see if I need a snack before bed and I'm 4.8 again. 5 hours after eating. Had nothing since tea other than a cup of green tea and a glass of water.
So, is stir fry my new wonder food or has juggling my meds a bit worked even better than I thought? Also, should I eat before bed now? Hmmm. XXXXX
