got my first xmas card today dont do cards i make a donation to charity this year its the BHF. LH is putting up the trees/decs today Am looking forward to xmas for thefirst time in a long while Am getting tinsel to put on Indie and walking frame and have a special xmas jumper for the big day

Off next week around few christmas markets, not to buy owt as far to expensive but visiting them gets us in mood for christmas.

I love Xmas, not religious but just like the general festive feel of it. Putting our decs up this week. We don't go mad, only me and the Wife, so no need. I will miss the food this year though [Sob]!
May allow myself a small Xmas meal and maybe a mince pie, but will still be on my T2D diet until the week AFTER Xmas.....and I don't want to slip from the path too much if I can help it.
I can always have a belated Xmas dinner in Jan when I'm back on "normal" foods.

Just got the dec's and tree down from the loft in the garage.
Not putting them up today, but maybe tomorrow or Friday.
I have put the Chrissy "Wreath" outside the front door though.....

It probably says something about my partner and me that, when we sat down on Monday to write the list of presents that we need to buy, the extended family's various pets were top of the list!

Christmas tree and decorations still in the attic. May get them down on Sunday. We are collecting pallets and IBC totes at the weekend.(living the dream ) so it depends how time goes. I will change my avatar to Dave the Christmas minion when he is unpacked and put on the tree. Have fun counting down the sleeps Gail. Love a bit of Christmas excitement

Bless my other half hes only gone and booked me a home visit from a Bra maker I can have 4 pairs any style i like, have decired that im going to have a o lar lar pair made for me and him if u get my meaning Shes coming after xmas cant wait Never had themmade for me before Hes also gone and put me on his health insurance so that if i need it i can go into hospital Hes a mental health nurse at a rather famous hospital chain

My lady from the bra makers is coming Monday, she phoned me Friday to discuss what I want from the appointment, what kind of style I wanted etc Told her what I wanted and about the special pr I wanted Am looking forward to it she sounded really nice
