One meal I like to do myself is a bit of (unbattered) fish, which I poach in the microwave (takes 2-4 minutes depending on portion size), and have with a serving of peas or salad. Tastes great sprinkled with lemon juice or mild vinegar. 🙂 To cook the fish, I have a rectangular flat plastic box with a vented lid, which I use as a microwave fish-kettle; I think it was designed for that purpose, or something like it.
