Hi,
Any advise on how to keep morning sugars down. I am 5 weeks pregnant, I've had two previous pregnancies with gestation diabetes. I managed to get through with diet and exercise for most of the duration and taking insulin in the last few weeks of each pregnancy.
I'm doing OK during the day by restricting carbs but my morning sugars are starting out high before I eat in the morning. Should I be eating something small before going to bed and if so what type of food? Thanks.
