Hi for a couple of weeks now I have felt generaly unwell as in nausea and headaches which are quite bad but I couldnt class them as migraines exactly . I also feel sick thinking about food or eating but actualy eating it I am ok, which seems quite bizzare. I dont eat a lot lately either but what I do eat is healthy. I also noticed these past few days that around 4pm I get extreamly tired and the rather than fight the headache and sickness feeling I end up in bed snoozing for a couple of hours and wake up feeling better. However this doesnt stop me going back to sleep at the normal night time 11pm.
Other than going to the Dr this week to see if they have an answer can anyone please advise if this could be linked to Type 2 diabetes as concerned it may now be getting worse after being diagnosed with it for many years now and controlled by tablets and diet.
Thanks for any advice.

🙂

I find if i have high blood sugar i am,ill ,feel clogged up & genrally unwell. Try going for a walk in fresh air rather than sleep. Sometimes simple things are the best 🙂

Might it be a thyroid problem? What are your blood sugar levels like when you feel tired at 4pm? I hope your doctor can get to the bottom of it for you and you can get your energy back 🙂

Hi GH, sorry you are feeling grotty.
As Northerner has asked what are your blood sugars like?
Do you actually test when you feel like that? I'm wondering if it's low blood sugar causing your problem.
