Here's to speedy recovery & yes our NHS is a fantastic institution with some fantastic people working in it.
I seem to be getting on okay, levels went wonky yesterday but I managed to eat as normal. Pain isn’t as bad as it was I am just uncomfortable, I think it’s mainly the swelling/bloating. Woke up at 1am and just couldn’t get comfortable again, went downstairs and did a few good burps and felt better :Dmanaged to go back to sleep.

Levels stable around 10-11 overnight, back in range now.
