Garmin: New, non-invasive technology for measuring blood sugar revealed

There has been quite a few discussions about the unlikelihood of the non-invasive meters being sufficiently accurate.

All of the watch etc companies are working on this but the most credible (to me) commentary suggests it'll be years before there's a commercial product.

Tho maybe there will be market a boost from the loons who have taken over health policy in the US - eg cgm-for-everybody grifters & witch doctors like Casey Means (new Surgeon General). Would not amaze me to see official endorsements for whichever crappy product pays the biggest bribe.

To quote the beginning of he article: 'Garmin appears to be working on a wrist-based blood glucose monitoring feature, as revealed by a recently published patent describing the corresponding sensor technology.'

So such technology hasn't yet been released to the public. What exists and is being sold so far are scam products.

i will believe it when i see it
