Relationship to Diabetes
At risk of diabetes
Hello
I am pre-diabetic and quite alarmed and frightened to eat anything!

Hi Mandarino, welcome to the forum. It’s totally understandable that you are feeling this way at the moment. Hopefully the article below will be of some help to you.

Diet will play a big part in what happens to you next, so here is some advice about how you can help yourself.

Think positively! Even if you are eventually diagnosed with one of the forms of diabetes, you can still live a normal life and there is a lot you can do to control it, as many of the forum members will testify. There is a lot of experience to call on here, so if there is anything you want to know, please don’t be afraid to ask.
