frio packs

what is this liner thing? I don't have one and use the novorapid metal pens?

I think the bags are only available for the larger frios anyway.

I've used stringes and pens in my frios without the waterproof cover for 6 or more years - no problems and I've only just stopped using some of the original pens - so no long term damage either.

Frio are a really good product - almost too good, I was thinking I might need to replace mine this year, three years isn't a bad life for things, but I think I can see another couple of years out of these, should see me through.

Oh, as an aside anyone doing good deals on no-nonsense sun tan lotion? Need to stock up on it for the hols

I just use sandwich bags! Keeps damp off the insulin boxes and you dont 'lose' them in the pack!🙂Bev

i think the best place i seen it at the mo is a little chain of shops called home and bargains lol they have it for 3.99 and go all the way up to factor 50.

other than that boots or superdrugs as they nomally do it on buy one get one free 🙂

lol it accumulated over a number of years mate lol

i tend to use factor 15 and drop down to factor 10, but as im off to hawai this year i may take something a little stronge hehehehehehe

But I did receive a lining for a duo and a large, unless it wasn't a lining, but it is definately something to put pens etc in to then put in the frio pack.

Did you not receive these lil miss loz?

I bought them from the frio website. what about yours?

I got the pouch with the crystals plus another pouch (without the crystals) to put my pouch with the crystals inside but got no black nylon lining...
