Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can advise - I have been looking at the freshwell plan but a lot of the meals are multiple servings. As it is only going to be me eating these meals I am wondering if I can just pick a couple of each meal and use the multiple servings across the week, or is it intended to be followed to the letter?

I certainly didn't follow to the letter, I'm not that sort of person, I just did my own thing but followed the general principals.
Where meals are for several portions, I freeze portions for use as home made ready meals.
I think they give you the options so you get variety and a balanced diet.
If for example I make a chilli or curry or casserole then we (other half and me) would have a portion each on two consecutive days and any over would go in the freezer.
I did invest quite recently in a cheap small air fryer which is brilliant for doing meat or fish without putting the oven on.

Ah that's good to know.

I'm just thinking about keeping it budget friendly really.

The mug muffins look good, will definitely be trying those.

Do you have any favourites from their recipes that are a must try?

I have to say most of the things I make are just out of my head, the kids used to say they didn't like brains so I had to tell them it was something else.

Fair enough, well I've got time, will just make my way through the list
