freestyle libre replacing

hey guys, I'm very new to the freestyle libre, I have 2 days left on my current sensor but it got knocked off. how do i disconnect the current one so i can apply and activate a new one?

Hi Laura, welcome. Just scan as you normally would and follow the prompt on the screen . Then after an hour you can start scanning.
It’s so blooming annoying when you knock them off isn’t it,
I love my Libre. I’ve developed a strange habit of going through doorways sideways now lol
 
Just scan the new one, it will say new sensor found do you want to activate it, and it will tell you that you can't use the old sensor any more if you start a new one. Just say yes and follow the instructions.
