Having problems with version 2 which I did not have with version 1 in as much that when I change the sensor it is losing immediate contact with the handheld reader, does not give a reading and invites me to try scanning again in ten minutes etc..,, (I don’t use my iPhone as a reader) This has happened on numerous occasions and when I tell Abbott they have no reasonable explanation, send me a replacement and ask for the old sensor to be returned for analysis. The version 1 sensor was far more reliable, hardly ever failed. In frustration I told Abbott not to send me a replacement 2 sensor but send me version 1 which they seemed happy to do. This makes me think that they know there is a problem.
