Four years ago today May Upset

May upset/trigger

I have Borderline Personably Disorder. Four years ago today i took an od I ended up in hospital on a drip. I have not took an od since.Its been a long hard slog but today marks four years to the day and Im proud of that fact. I used to do it a lot , thats the nature of the illness. Today Im in a much better place. Im happy and stable in my life.I just wanted to share this fact with you all

Many congratulations on managing 4 years without letting things get that bad. I know it will have been tough at times for you but you should be really proud of yourself and I am so pleased that you have a better support/living system in place now and that you feel able to reach out for help before you get to crisis point. You are doing great and I imagine it is important to look back and be able to see how far you have come in those 4 years.
