Quick question. Is there any sugar in rum? As I'm will it affect my blood sugars?

Negligible sugar in rum, although it may drop your levels later whilst your liver spends time processing the alcohol 🙂
 
Lowering would be nice at the moment. I'm on the high side as me and nurse play around with my humalog.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm injecting it right as it seems to not be doing much. Been overly high all day today :(
