I've only ever forgotten whether I took an injection once, and I decided to do the injection and ended up doubling my intake.

But I don't quite get this, when you put it in the hole in the box thing do you keep it in there or what? The website doesn't explain it very well.

Had a quick look. I am sure some will find it helpful and others have other ways of remembering.

Might help people with memory problems who don't move about much.

Personally, I need to have 3 pens on go at all times - short acting in kitchen and pencil case in rucksack (with long acting cartridge in case I'm out later than expected), plus long acting in a bumbag hanging from bedstead.

I thought it was expensive for what it is. A piece of cardboard. You could make your own.
