Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi all,

I am type 2 diabetic, I go to the gym regularly but for the past two weeks I have had a constant dull ache in my right foot. If I rest it then stand up I get shooting pains. Has anyone had similar problems ?

I have plantur faciitis apparently and its worse if I over use that foot or apparently if you exercise with a tight calf muscle. I was diagnosed by an osteopath. It could be to do with exercise and your muscles? Maybe speak to a DR just to check it out

My other half had plantar fasciitis and uses orthotic insoles in his shoes, pretty well immediate relief. Bought after assessment at the Scholl shop.
