Anyone know any decent meals to make which have lows carbs also snacks as doing shop today, for my carb count

You could buy tons of cauliflower for mashing (to replace spuds) and to blitz for rice. Loads of posts about this in the Carbs threads.

For snacks, how about nuts, pre-cooked cocktail sausages, chicken drumsticks, celery, carrot sticks.

Use food processor! For cauli rice, put the raw florets in and then give at least a dozen pulses until it resembles rice and then gently stir fry in very little oil for about 5-6 minutes.
