Hi and welcome Nicola,
You need to call your GP and ask for an urgent apt so s/he can assess what is going on. There are very few medics on the forum so safest bet is your GP.

Sorry to hear of the problems you are having :(

How long have you been living with diabetes? There are some things associated with diabetes that may cause nausea and vomiting after eating (eg delayed stomach emptying) but there are many other possible causes too, so I agree with @Pumper_Sue - you need to try to get aphone appointment with your GP really.

Has this been happening for long?
