Hi
I watched the VLOG on learning zone and saw Emma had an app on her phone for counting carbs, calories etc and it also could scan packages. As a newbie this would be really helpful but I cannot find it on the website. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Nuticheck, myfitnesspal, Carbs and Cals, Mysugr are a few that people use. Some are free some you have to subscribe to get full function.

My sugr is free and paid. Free is enough. Paid gives you access to 3 different data exports instead of just 1. I have free access to the paid version with my BG meter.

Carbs and cals is great but I hate subscription based stuff. I've started finding more and more stuff locked behind the sub now so I'll probably uninstall and just buy the book.

I also use Google fit to log things like walking/steps/weight/blood pressure

I think the apps called MyFitnessPal, I use the free version and it gives all the information I need (but you have to enter all the data correctly and it takes a while to get used to it)
These graphs are from todays meals.
