Are they happening at any particular times? If it's a general thing, perhaps it's your basal insulin that needs looking at.

It's a pain when that happens and you can't see a reason for it. Are you more stressed or tired than usual? Do you think you might be 'coming down' with something? These are the things that usually muck my levels up. I hope they level off again soon. XXXXX

Not really sure at all what is happening.
Between 11 -14 before tea then even after insulin and 2 hr test still 9's. I tried extra unit of novorapid on 2 days and then ended up in the 2's.
Maybe lack of exercise recently had not helped?
Back on the bike this morn. It had been impossible to get out on it for a while with house etc.

Hi Di sorry to hear that you are having these problems. If you were exercising a lot and then stop that will probably have an effect......From time to time I have to increase my basal on a permanent basis for no apparent reason....I think it's just my body telling me that I'm getting older😱
