Am I right in thinking that an oven baked white fish fillet has no carbs help please as that's tea tomorrow haha, thanks in advance for any help 🙂 x

Nope, no carbs ( unless you dust it with flour, or anything)

Thanks, no won't be dusting it just wrap it in tin foil with a wee bit of butter I think 🙂 x
 
I have an army of low or no carb seasonings. Fish is a major part of my diet. Never used to like it. But now I have fish almost daily. Tins of mackerel and sardines make a fantastic snack. Tuna, smoked salmon, bass, plaice, halibut are all in my gunsights

Worcester sauce, mayo, Dijon, vinegar, balsamic, chili flakes, tumeric, garum marsala, garlic salt and lots of others. Tom Kerridge book discusses using spices to lift food.
